All orders are shipped from our logistics center near Ostrava, Czech republic.

If your order has already been processed, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@officialcomplex.com and include the following:

(1) Your order number (e.g., “#CXEU12345”)
(2) Required photos for the shipping carrier's claim process:

  • A full view of the shipping box
  • A close-up of the damaged area on the packaging
  • A clear image of the shipping label
  • An inside view of the package (including protective filling)
  • A photo of the damaged product itself
